[NCLUG] Help needed with Linux login

Hi

I am new to Linux and have just installed Mandrake 7.2. When I try to log in 
the following occurs:

localhost login:mack (my user name)

password: ********

I now get this:

[mack at localhost mack]$

Is there a command now to continue?
