Oh, and don't forget the virus scanner, particularly since you're
running a server for a bunch of Windows boxes...  I've had good luck with
"RAV" (search google), which includes it's own integration with Qmail and
other MTAs...  There's also amavis (from sourceforge), which interfaces
many commercial virus scanners to many MTAs.
