[NCLUG] move November meeting?

Hi NCLUG,

Every year we realize that the November meeting falls on the same day as 
election day. I propose that we move it to another day in November 
permanantly. I'd like to propose the 2nd Tuesday in November instead, but 
ISTR that there's another lug meeting that day, maybe BLUG? Is the 2nd 
Tuesday alright or would something else be better?
