[NCLUG] Apache 1.3 -- 2.0 Upgrade Stories?

Hey, all-
	The recent Apache bug got me thinking about upgrading from 1.3 to
2.0.  Has 
anyone out there had any experience upgrading to the 2.0 track server on
Linux? If 
so, I'd be interested in your tales of woe (or mirth).  I'm especially
interested 
in stories relating to effects on SSI, CGI, multiple virtual hosts and that
sort 
of thing.  Thanks,
