[NCLUG] Auto account disable

Hi everyone,

Is there a script or program that will check when the last time a user
logged in and if it is over say 45 days ago will disable/delete the account?

I have a webmail server for serveral hundred reps.  They have no shell
access, only login thru squirrelmail no local access.  HR dept is terrible
about letting me know a rep is no longer with us so I don't want a bunch of
stale accounts.

I'm not using any password aging/expiration.
