The code that SCO showed in Las Vegas, which they were claiming was a
prime example of Linux "line-for-line" copying of SCO IP, was V7 code,
released under the BSD license.

This was presented to demonstrate to SCO's VARs and SCO shareholders
that Linux was copying code line for line from SCO proprietary IP.
