bcm5820 is a package that: 

 Broadcom Cryptonet BCM5820 driver

If you are not using that driver, do a 'rpm -e bcm5820'. 
RedHat has dropped support for that driver, so if you are using it
check with your card vendor to see what to do.

Could have been dammaged in shipping? If you can try it in another
computer to confirm it's not the drive that would be good. Otherwise
contact tummy.com for a replacement.
