[NCLUG] rpm database hiccup

Supposedly, they fixed the "hanging" problem with RPM with the 9.0
release, but I've still seen it.  The fix from 8.0 still seems to mostly
work...

killall rpm
<make sure that it's dead>
rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db.*
rpm --rebuilddb
<this generates an error for me, but I can then install the package>

I haven't researched this too far, to find out if there's something else
I should be doing instead, but this seems to let me get past it, and
since I'm running dbbackup I do have like 5 weeks of backups of the
/var/lib/rpm database stuff.
