You need to add NOSMOKE.EXE to your AUTOEXEC.BAT. That will fix the problem.

(Sorry, I couldn't resist. If you have no idea what the hell I am talking 
about type "NOSMOKE.EXE" into Google and hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button)
