[NCLUG] On a side note to LPI certifications, "Linux CertFest" anyone?

I asked this to the CLUE-Cert group a week ago, so I will pose the
question here as well.

Would folks be interested in taking the LPI certification exams at a
discounted deal? The idea would be a "Linux CertFest". The exams would
be the written version, the price would be less than taking it via
Prometrics or Vue which are at $100/exam. The exams would (tentatively)
be the LPI-101, 102, 103 (SuSE variant, due out late March), 201, and
202 (I do not believe SuSE has the 203 ready yet for reference).

Time and place TBD, though CLUE-North's meeting location at DeVry does
offer a good testing location.

This is still in the "idea" stages, with some planning in the works.

Thanks for comments and such in advance.

Sincerely,
