Anywhere in Old Town, and I mean anywhere.  Several businesses in the 
downtown area are sponsoring local wi-fi APs that are located all around 
Old Town.  That's in addition to Mugs in the old Armstrong hotel and 
Starbucks (T-mobile) on the north end of Old Town.

(Oh, and numberous open APs various small business have that don't know 
they are giving away Internet for free...)

Now if you want non-coffee shop style wireless, a.k.a. war driving 
access, just park in any block of any neighborhood on the south side of 
town and you'll find a couple open APs.  ;-)
