[NCLUG] Problems with Fedora Core 3

Ok,  I opened an attachment "signature.asc"  and got a sound! It opened 
with KGpg by default. When I run "/usr/bin/system-config-soundcard" I 
get no sound but a message that includes "ValueError: unpack list of 
wrong size".
