Don't use FC4.  I'd recommend CentOS, which is the free rebuild of Red Hat
Enterprise, because you will get security updates for it for up to 10
years.  Meaning, you only havfe to update on someone else's schedule every
decade.  If you want to go the Debian route, Ubuntu Dapper will have 5
years of updates available, it should be out in a couple of months.

I don't really know anything about Exchange solutions.
