I was at a VMUG yesterday (VMWare Users Group) and this was mentioned.

I don't know if any of you use Citrix, but this is a potential boost to the
*nix community and a very interesting opportunity for higher development of
management tools for Xen - something that's been keeping enterprise-level
systems away from it and using VMWare exclusively for virtualization.
