[NCLUG] Looking for mail client

Several months ago I stumbled across a site for an email client that had
some interesting features.  For some reason I didn't bother to bookmark
it, and now for the life of me I can't find it again.  I'm wondering if
anyone can help.  From what I can recall, the app

- was a graphical email client for unix, but not gnome- or KDE-centric
- used postgresql to store messages
- could tag/label messages similar to how Gmail does

Does this ring a bell for anyone?
