[NCLUG] Daylight Saving Time, and free unices

Yeah, java applications need to make sure their engines are updated. We have
several applications that rely on the Sun j2seeeeee packages, as well as
others using pre-packaged java. Some of them don't trust the OS for timezone
info... So basically, follow up on any java apps you have/support.
