Good point. One of Microsoft's "selling points" is that you don't have
to hire your own "experts".

Of course you don't, you are forced to use theirs because they won't
release the needed info to independents.

So you are forced to have an expert you do not control, and whose
priorities are totally different from yours, control your systems.

This is an "advantage" ??? Apparently some people think so.

But then American companies seem to love having outside consultants they
can expense off, rather than employees who might want things like
(shudder) benefits.
