[NCLUG] disk drive partition designation

technically, you can smoth all this out by locating the drives/partitions by
label as was once done in redhat 7.2.... ages ago.  At the very least, it
WILL work in fstab -- I use it for my memory sticks, mostly, but it DOES
work work for hdd's.
