In this context, about all IPv6 has is a default UDP minimum packet size
that is larger... 1280 bytes.  That helps with router queues.

But very few ISPs are offering IPv6 to your doorstep.  Hurricane
Electric is one (based in San Jose).  I mention it because I'm using
HE's tunnelbroker to get IPv6 over an IPv4 tunnel (endpoint in Chicago).
 I work with folks in Europe and Japan, and being able to talk to them
over native IPv6 is very useful to me.
