Fibre at the hut is what I've been told is their minium engineering
standard. I'm surprised they did it for only 24 DSL connections at that
RT, as I was given the impression Qwest generally wanted 48 min and a
target of up toward 96 at each DSL provisioned RT. Would be interesting
to peak in the cross box and see how many purple terminals are there,
and what the lay percentage is.
