They aren't in the repos just yet, mostly because there are a bunch of issues
guideline-wise and no one to maintain them (currently).  I started building
intrepid packages, but then had to pack to go to London.  I assume though, that
since the Ubuntu package guidelines are MOSTLY DFSG, the packages can easily be
moved over to Debian.
