[NCLUG] QT, C++ OpenGL or raster

Hey All, My buddy, cc'd here is looking for a good QT/C++ users group for
help with a soon-to-be-open-source project he's working on utilizing
(potentially) OpenGL or another graphics lib..

He's just getting kindof stumped with answers like:

rise suggested (on IRC) that eleccham/Gordon (sorry -- I don't know who you
are) might know something about it. So i figured that I'd ask here.
