[NCLUG] issue ticket tracking that bug that I demoed at the most recent meeting

Hello folks:

At the end of my presentation of Tahoe-LAFS at the most recent  
meeting someon (who?) asked about repairing damaged files, and I said  
"Yes!" and clicked a button to do so and instead got an error.  Here  
is the issue ticket to make sure that this error is fixed and added  
to the regression tests before the next release:
