[NCLUG] source for cheap elderly memory?

Much of this is "New Old Stock", I'm not sure about the "refurbished", as I 
don't know precisely how one would go about "refurbishing" RAM.

I assume that "refurbished" means "used".

But I've never got a bad stick from those folks.
