[NCLUG] I am looking for a pair of used hard drives they can be Sata or IDE

They don't need to match if you are using the kernel software RAID.   
You just need to make both partitions the same size.

I do this at my house.   I have 3 drives in 2 mirrored arrays, on 300G, 
and 2 120's.
