[NCLUG] Remove 3rd party app -- resolved

I wanted to say thanks again to the people who responded to my app removal
issue.

I installed another app, and was able to use:
 dpkg --status <mypackagename>

I got status of..
Status: deinstall ok half-installed

So I used:

dpkg --purge <mypackagename>

and all was right with the world..  or at least my ubuntu system.. I could
update as normal.

So thanks again for the help.
