[NCLUG] IMAP and Postfix

Postfix + dovecot is a great pair, adding in roundcube for webmail rounds
it all out nicely.

One thing I really liked was that it was easy to setup smtp auth and link
it to dovecot.

I ran courier for many years... And it was ok, but I like dovecot much
better overall.
