I am not doing anything fun at the moment so couldn't think of
anything to say.  But perhaps we could turn this around and ask if
there is a short topic that people would want to have someone talk
about?  That might turn up someone else who would talk about it.

Is there any short topic that people would like to hear about?

I will start.  I would like to hear about people doing audio
recording.  Is it possible to continuously stream record an audio feed
and automatically detect quiet from activity?  Like the "motion"
project for audio?
