ATTBI, they're grand plan is to beat more money out of you in the next
couple of months.  Along with eliminating your static IP, they've also cut
your upload connection by a factor of 3.  In the next couple of months, in
an effort to better serve you, they will offer you to give them $20 or $30 a
month for enhanced service - such as a static IP (say for $10/month) and
enhanced upload speeds (for another $20/month they'll put you back at
384kps).

ATTBI is cash flow poor right now and they're trying their best to offload
the whole affair to whomever will pay for it.  Look for Microsoft to end up
owning a huge chunk of your cable provider in the near future.  Also, expect
to change your email to @msn.com as well.

because if you're running a server, then clearly you're running a business.
