There should be some way to do it so the column header lines stay with
you when you scroll down too. I haven't figured that one out yet,
though to be honest I haven't tried that hard.

describes how to do it when scrolling.

Then I found this:

Which claims to do the same thing for printing? Let me know if it works, kay?
