blocked 443 port

Hi,
I have Fort Collins Connexion and within the past few days noticed that my
port 443 incoming is blocked. My router uses ddwrt and I have port 443
forwarded to my main sever as 443 as it always has been.
My port 443 webserver, Owncloud and Jitsi services no longer connect from
outside my LAN but do connect inside my LAN from machines within my LAN.
Moreover, my port 443 is listed as closed by external websites which check
for open ports.
Has anyone else noticed this issue?
