That is pretty funny.  Since they have removed that post I will
suggest The Internet Archive's capture of it on that day.

Basically the DoD web site simply says "test" and also
"asfasfasdfasfdasdfasfasfasfsadffffffffffffffffffffasdfsfsafsfdwfgasdgbdfbgdsgasdgdsbdb"
to for reasons unknown.  Why not Lorem Ipsum instead of the cat on the
keyboard?  No idea.
