24-bit color in Linux command-line apps.

For most Linux terminal apps, the answer is yes, 24-bit is supported.
If you ssh in, you need to set an environment variable:
export COLORTERM=truecolor

TERM is generally set to xterm-256color.

Note, Textual still looks pretty good at 256 colors.
