Linux Installfest Dates and Venue

Hello everyone,

Hopefully you are doing well. First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for all the drama with the Linux installfest event that I was helping plan. I feel like it was not called for, and since we do have people who have communicated with me who would like to participate with the Linux installfest, we'll go from there. What I'll do next is talk with the Fort Collins, CO Welcome Center staff (https://www.colorado.com/fort-collins/fort-collins-welcome-center) to see if I can secure a venue and date for the event. If anyone is interested in participating, please let me know. I'll make sure to add the people who have replied to my email to the planning document. I'll come to the July NCLUG meeting at the Fort Collins Maker Space to discuss the event's technicalities, and I'll coordinate with local nonprofits to see if I can get some support.

On another note, I feel like I know what I need to do now, and I would like to see how we can get started based on what I wrote. I'd be willing to do the preliminary work with planning dates and the actual event venue (so far, I think it would be best if we did it at the Fort Collins Welcome Center that Morey and I mentioned in previous conversations). But I would also like some help, so if you'd be willing to help with anything, please let me know. And as of now, I think it would be best to communicate via email, since this is where everyone's at.
