I am running QMail with a "badrcptto" patch.  I specify a list of known
bad addresses, and the SMTP daemon will reject attempts to deliver mail
to them.  Bounces are generated on the remote MTA, not mine, so I don't
have to deal with it when somone has typed in an invalid return address
as well.
