[NCLUG] HTML E-mails. . .

As someone else who tries to avoid HTML emails and prefers links from
unknown persons(and from known persons also, but I'm more likely to check
it out from them) to include a description of what it is so I know before
I go to the trouble of looking at it, I think it is a reasonable
assumption that a link you without a description or a meaningful URL
(which I know Jeff isn't responsible for) is spam that may start pop-up
windows like crazy.
