[NCLUG] No desktop manager

To do xhost +, you need to have X-windows running.
If it is running, you need your DISPLAY variable set to something(most
likely :0.0)
DISPLAY=:0.0
export DISPLAY
or
setenv DISPLAY :0.0
depending on the type of shell you have
