[NCLUG] More Cable Modem Woes...

For all of you on Cable modems (I'm going nuts... I need my fix..  daddy
needs his medicine...)  Take a look at this Channel nine report

Pertinent info:

Restoring service to people in Ft. Collins, Greeley, Aspen and Vail will
take weeks.  AT&T will be mailing them operating discs so they can have
phone dial-up service.

And I'm guessing Cheyenne (location of my Casa) is gonna be just as slow!
Sheesh! Weeks! Carumba!

On a side note, I'm trying to get ahold of @home to get the mail that is
still being housed (slim to none chance, I know)  Anyone have any ideas?
