I just got the current issue of Forbes and what is the heading above
the masthead? "Microsoft Makes Nice With Customers." Perhaps the PR
agency, when it planted this story and its accompanying pictures of
Steve "Rush Limbaugh" Ballmer, had either the BSA truce or one of
