Ok I stayed up all night and implemented this(pretty fast huh?).

Go to,

http://nclug.org/mailman/listinfo/nclug

and enter the email address you are subscribed to the list under. Then you 
will be prompted for your password(or you can click on a button to have it 
mailed to you.) Enter your password, and then you can change your subscription 
options. You want the Digest option.
