[NCLUG] Mandrake Single Network Firewall

Has anyone played with Mandrake Single Network Firewall? It appears to me that the doc says that use of NAT is required. I need something for static IPs where I define a subnet inside the firewall and one outside the firewall. The distribution has some other nice goodies in it. So I'd like to use it, but wonder if it requires NAT if I can bypass that somehow and still get the benefit of everything else.
