That probably means that redhat is working on pushing 7.3 out to it's
mirrors, and that over the next few days there will be an official release.
They often push out copies to the mirrors a few days before other boxes,
because otherwise the mirrors have to compete with a bunch of other folks
trying to get the stuff, and just makes it worse.
