[NCLUG] ISP suggestions

FWIW, I've had clients experience problems with V.90 near electrical noise;
e.g. speakers, lights, motors, electric fences, welding equipment, etc.
Some of these sources have been hundreds of yards distant.  V.90 is known to
EMI sensitive and if V.34 works, you might look closer to home.
