Thanks for all the responses. I'm glad I asked.

Just to note, I boot to run level 3 and comparable on all my systems execept the SGI.

It is the FX card, but the system came with M$ NT, so I did a straight RedHat 7.1 load. So no HP specific video as the ones from HP were for RedHat 6.2.

I'll be playing with it this weekend.

Anyone know if gnome supports 2 videos? Sean Roberts mentioned KDE, but I think I've come across comments before that gnome didn't.
