[NCLUG] Public comments on Microsoft Anti-Trust Case Settlement requested

Is there a 'good' prewritten letter out there?  I would be interested to see
what others have to say in response.  Also, I'm not above plagiarizing :)
If it works for Stephen Ambrose, it works for me.
