[NCLUG] Test, please ignore.

This is a test to make sure that the mailing list changes I've been making
work.  If successful, you now have two *NEW* NCLUG lists you can join.
nclug-cvs (for CVS checkin information related to the web-site), and
nclug-announce (an announce-only list).  I'm sure Matt will be announcing
them shortly, now that they work.
