When it comes to cable companies, the telcos and broadband, don't assume
anything "implies" anything else.
That's a recipe for getting bitten in the ass down the road, just when you
really *needed* that connection to be up.
And using this so-called logic, which you used to "imply" something else
(which, BTW, makes total sense to *me*), to discuss the problem (supposedly
intelligently) with their sales rep/tech support people... well...
*that's* a recipe for futility.
