I'll have to check out DCL, then... It wasn't on my radar when I was
last out shopping. I just knew that RT was better than Bugzilla for
what I was doing. Even then, it would be nice if RT was better at
nagging people for outstanding tickets -- though I suppose a cron job to
do that wouldn't be too hard -- nor would adding a search
functionality.
But now we reach the crux of Open Source -- sure, I *could* add in all
those modifications... But I'd much rather wait for someone else to do
it. :P
