[NCLUG] WREQ (was Request Tracker)

We use wreq at work for several queues, and I found it lightweight and
intuitive from a user standpoint.  It has a decent search.

I never tried to administer it, though.  I'm not sure what's stored
where, or whether it can use databases at all.  Downsides include poor
attachment handling on our lists (which may actually be a function of
the config and mailserver, and not an inherent problem).

We switched my queue to Remedy about a year ago, and there are still
days that I really miss wreq...
