Hmm, I was wondering if it was something like that. Thanks for digging that 
up.

Well it's already backfired on the them since none of us will shop there 
now.(I might have if they hadn't tried to be so sneaky)

Maybe just a nice note pointing out it backfired and warning them that you 
will sue if it happens again?
